I think you may need to start with a better example.Michelle Morgan-Coolehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03671529553739362752noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8767381456952460546.post-52664527894923567282008-04-23T16:18:00.000-04:002008-04-23T16:18:00.000-04:00Yet there are those that say that fathers have th...Yet there are those that say that fathers have their rights and now they want special rights.

This video show just how easy it really is to falsely accuse a father with sexual abuse.

legal system tell you why would these kids make it up and how would they know how to...

after watching this video that question can now be answer.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8767381456952460546.post-59228353229931253372008-04-20T21:52:00.000-04:002008-04-20T21:52:00.000-04:00Kudos to you!I am so happy that there are men and ...Kudos to you!

I am so happy that there are men and father's who are able to give voice to those who have been beat down by our system.

It is time that the courts get their hands out of the family cookie jar and do the real jobs they were hired to do because quite frankly, I would prefer they put away one child molester or murder for every hundred so-called "deadbeat" dads!

Keep up the great work!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8767381456952460546.post-40097838732959010252008-03-31T18:22:00.000-04:002008-03-31T18:22:00.000-04:00I know it is real, I just feel if you take the syn...I know it is real, I just feel if you take the syndrome part out then the APA can't said it bad science, since then it wouldn't fall under their review.

Action However would be better since its implies intent. I deidentify cases prior to their publication and if, in any way, naming the father might identify the child, his name would not stay in the case.

But you also have to get that this isn't about 'protecting' either parent or allowing anyone to 'hide' behind the child, it is about the child, pure and simple. Most if not all child protection legislation states that nothing can be published which might identify the child. So if identifying either or both parents might have that effect, their names are out. Its that simple.Michelle Morgan-Coolehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03671529553739362752noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8767381456952460546.post-6247984573467101842007-11-26T13:09:00.000-05:002007-11-26T13:09:00.000-05:00I do like your blog in spite of the fact that you ...I do like your blog in spite of the fact that you practice law.
